Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase depending on availability and credit verification. 
Please be aware that you cannot change orders once they are placed. You will either have to cancel your order and place the correct one or return for exchange.
IBYWORLD will contact you with a follow-up email if the item(s) you have selected are not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

DELIVERY TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 

Whilst we aim to ship orders as quick as possible there may be longer waiting times during busy periods. If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card with your tracking number enabling you to collect your order from your local Post Office.
